Ooh, I have many but one I can think of is the villain in the original "Cape Fear", as played by Robert Mitchum. He was sooooooo creepy and scary.

How about Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter?

I thought he was great in Silence of The Lambs and Hannibal. When I read his back story in the novel Hannibal, I found myself rooting for his romance with Clarice...

    Is that WRONG?

To quote Don Logan No, no, no , no, no, no, no, no, no, no ,no, no!!!

I much preferred Brian Cox as Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter, he was superb.

Two other great villains, both played by Kevin Spacey. John Doe in Se7en and Keyser Soze in The Usual Suspects.
