With the Mayan calendar ending in 2012, a large group of people must deal with natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, typhoons and glaciers.

I think that looks pretty good - The FX look great in the trailer.
I wonder if something special's planned involving the Google search that we're prompted to do?
I remember The Blair Witch project getting hyped up online. In that case, it wasn't worth it.
