We were getting pretty worn out by Sunday.

After packing all the camping gear away we watched a few bands on the Other Stage and headed back to the Circus Fields. There was plenty going on in the tents and open stages, I must admit one of the funniest things I saw was one of the performers, Steve Gribbin, in the beer tent. I watched his stand up routine in the Cabaret tent on Friday which was pretty good, but not nearly as funny as seeing him fall off a bench in the beer tent spilling his pint all over himself!

I spotted these guys yesterday, I've seen them before a few years back when Rolf Harris played the Pyramid Stage. The costumes are great, they remind me of Booga from Tank Girl.

The costumes have these great spring loaded stilts in them that mean the performers really do bound about like kangaroos.

I don't actually know what these were about, I think they were doing magic tricks.

These two were quite funny, the dog would cock it's leg and piss on people. Then hump them.

In the afternoon we watched Tift Merritt. She's probably more your cup of tea Timey, very good female singer songwriter, who seemingly doesn't like to wear a bra.

Then we watched the legendary Neil Diamond before heading home for a well deserved rest.

Neil Diamond was brilliant. I liked Sweet Caroline and Pretty Amazing Grace.

What, because of the first bit or the second bit?

Seeing Tift Merritt was one of the highlights for me. we watched her on the acoustic stage which is a covered tent type stage area, there must have been less than 100 people and the crowd at the front were only about 3 deep.

I've liked her since I heard her being interviewed on Radio 1 when I was on the way back from Birmingham a good few months ago.

Of all the bands/artists to see she was probably one of the ones that I'd be least likely to get to see again, unless she makes it big here, so that kinda made it special.

We saw her on the Sunday afternoon, I was tired, aching and I'd not long since puked up after the smell of the toilets had got right up my nostrils and there we were sat sitting on our fold up chairs eating a huge chocolate bun and drinking a rather nice cup of tea in a cardboard cup with a perfectly clear view of her. She was very jiggly though, I did think I was the only one that had noticed.

Nothing really kicks off until tomorrow, so we spent today loafing around exploring the site. I've been to Glastonbury at least half a dozen times and never bothered visiting the stone circle until today. It was pretty shite.

The weather has been fantastic all day, until about an hour ago when it started pissing down.

Hopefully it will be a one off shower and the sun will be out again tomorrow.

Climb the Tor M if you still can, take a few cans of lager with you, that's more fun.

Loads of strange people sit on top having a spliff or two lol.

I can't climb the Tor, because this thread is from four years ago.
