Yeah. but now i'm getting all confused here.

We'll be there late Friday afternoon, probably. I don't think anything's been finalised for Friday yet but I guess we are having a meal in the evening. Then the general meet up is for Saturday morning I think.

There's like 4 or 5 bloody changeovers.

Are you getting the train or the coach?

I can pick you up and get you to your hotel when you arrive in Blackpool.

Apparently there is a train service that leaves Newcastle at 10:25 and gets to Blackpool at 14:32. It has two changes - at York and Manchester.

Thanks for that. I went to my mums cos of it would be easier to book on her computer, then we realised i had no travel arragements.
So neither at the moment.

I saw that train travel thing earlier Timey, changeovers confuse the hell out of me.

Changing trains confuses me too Alpha. I don't do enough train travelling to have the hang of it so what I do is get off at where I am supposed to and then go and ask at the ticket office for which platform I need and what time the train I need is due. They have always been very helpful with me.

I can't suss out those funny signs with the times on at all. Asking is ok though - it keeps them in a job.

oh and also say I need to change at york, I ask the ticket collector what time we are due at york so I can keep an ear out.
