No, because I'll be watching something else usually and it's not easy to review that way?
If I fancy watching the film you're proposing, it would have to be something I haven't seen before, of interest to me and Mrs S, plus available on a channel that we receive.

I have no other stipulations.

You can review it if you've already seen it, or pass comment at least and vote.

The point is, although we are pretty easy going regarding moderation it would be better if the "film club" threads remained on topic and everyone knew and understood the concept of it.

I'm not sure if it's a classic.(I'm on the fence). There was plenty of similar 50's SF/Horror in the same vein. It's good yes, a classic, not sure

Technology similar to that used in the making of Alien was not availailable in the 50s Badger and by comparison, sci fi films made in those days were pretty awful. Horror films were OK then because we'd seen nothing horrific since the newsreels taken in the concentration camps.

Can I change my vote? I was thinking about when I saw it on it's original release. It just doesn't stick in my mind (apart from the Geiger sets). No NOT A CLASSIC!
Now, "This Island Earth"............
