It says she went missing then they received a note of her saying she didn't want to be found.

They either have a massive home or she's deaf. Childbirth isn't exactly quiet without pain relief and then kids do cry from tme to time, and all the food and provisions going down there and the rubbish coming up, nappies and whatnots.
