To the calendar? I doubt it. The one we've got works fine and has lasted for over 200 years. There's no real reason to change it.

Well, the French did. They had their own calendar at the time of the revolution and it had 10-day weeks and days with 10 hours split into 100 minutes and again into 100 seconds.
