Five muslim students jailed for dowloading "extremist" material of the internet have been freed by an appeal court.

The five men were jailed in 2007 for reading jihadi literature.

I think it was right to free them, there was no proof they intended using the information for acts of terrorism. The original conviction was simply thought policing at it's worst.
