In 2005 Blue Peter chose two "viewers" and invited them to ask questions to Dead Ringers' Jon Culshaw. The two "viewers" were actually in fact child ACTORS!!!

The thing is.... how long have they been doing stuff like this. The rules are getting stricter because of the amount of cash being made on dodgy phone ins and the like but it's probably been going on for years.

My local radio station used to have competitions but someone had already been given the tickets.
