Can you whizz up through the middle of two lanes of traffic like bikes can?

I've always wondered if the smart car would fit because when I'm stuck in traffic I get pissed off when all these motorbikes go fleeing past.

I have a Rover 800, central locking, electric windows, no rips in the upholstery, in very good condition. P reg.
Any body want to buy it, or exchange for a reliable smaller car?
I got it to tow the caravan (got a tow bar too!) but the caravan has gone now and I like to park ickle cars. (But not as small as a Smart[ what's so smart about it?])
