The McCanns are now claiming that they were in so much of a hurry to pack up their belongings when they moved apartments that they packed some of the twins dirty nappies.

How credible do you think this is?

Do they really expect anyone with any sense to believe that immaculate Kate packed mucky nappies in with her families personal belongings in the first place, never mind the fact that these nappies would have had to literally burst for anything to seep out.

This must be a back up story if no-one believes Mr and Mrs McCann transported soiled nappies from one apartment to another.

Martin Brunt from Sky news reported last night that the twins wee'd in the boot of the car.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Maybe if the nappies were all in a plastic bag they might have just shoved it in the back of the car with everything else. I suppose their minds were on other things so it's possible. I'm not sure the nappies would have fallen out of the bag though.

The thing that bothers me is that they can't seem to tell the difference beween the twins' DNA and Madeleine's DNA. What's the point of doing all these DNA tests if they can't prove it belongs to one person?

The thing is, they claim to have packed in a hurry to avoid media attention.

Questions....

They LOVE the attention, they have been approaching the newspapers not the other way round we know this for a fact so why chose this day to want to avoid the media?

Just say they did pack in a hurry and they did take dirty nappies with them then surely the nappies would have been flung in a suitcase or a holdall, whatever, it's even more highly unlikely that they carried the nappies out one by one and lined the bottom of the boot with them.

The chances of the nappies splitting and leaking are slim as nappies contain that gel like stuff that once wet can be practically wrung and no liquid will come out but even if it were to happen then the leakage would be sucked up by whatever porous material was in direct contact.

The chances of a dirty nappy or two bursting, leaking and producing enough liquid to end up seeping through even the lining carpet in the boot of a car into the tyre well is inherently impossible and thats if they were laid face down directly on the floor carpet of the boot and squashed down by a bootful of belongings. Which incidently would mean that the first thing that the McCanns packed in their 'hurry' to leave would be dirty nappies.

Nah, I don't buy it. Whoever has advised them to run with this is a complete numbskull.

I'm confused about all that. It's appearing now that DNA isn't as conclusive as we were once led to believe?

I still don't see what it has to do with it anyway. If it's Madeline's DNA that was found that has nothing to do with the nappies. I said in the other thread that they need to sort out whose DNA they're looking for. If they can't tell the difference then the DNA tests are unreliable. Sorry to repeat myself but there are two threads on this.
