Is this list just in terms of money? It's interesting that some of the colder countries are near the top of the list. Obviously weather doesn't have that much impact.

The good life is getting whatever you want from it.
Health and happiness are of prime importance, the wherewithal to enjoy it more is a close 3rd.
In any society, good food, a good health system and peace are the best things we can hope for.

I'm sure the survey was based on statistics, of which 95% proved that 13% was the norm for 27.5% being inaccurate before the test began, which left......................

How do you quantify "Standard of Living" though, and how has it been quantified in this case? I reckon you could come up with any number of rankings depending on what criteria are used, how you rate them and who you ask. Plus, 17th out of 200+ countries in the world ain't bad.
I'll take this with a large pinch of sodium chloride.
