Having regular lie-ins in old age can bring on dementia, say scientists.

Getting too much or too little sleep increases your mental age by two years, researchers showed.

That's bollocks though I reckon. People need different amounts of sleep and it depends how much you've had previously as well. Maybe the average is 7 hours though because I can get away with 4 or 5 some nights but then I'll need 8 or 9 some other night.
