I can see why he is not happy.

What is this red book they are going on about? It sounds like stupid health and safety rules and regs and as usual they are written so badly or they are so outdated that they fail to be clear and cover every circumstance.

I can understand if they had wrote in the red book that motorised wheelchairs cannot travel on buses if it was written 5 - 10 years ago when they were massive or if they are referring to those that travel on roads but now you can get ones that are very slim. It might be a case of the bus drivers being anal about the rules or it could be a case that letting him on might land them in bother.

I can see why he's unhappy if it's true. There's something about it that I can't put my finger on that makes me think it's bullshit.
