Where's the enjoyment,what did I miss ?

Walked dogs around lake in rain,some guy in tracksuit,no hat even,yet he's sat there fishing,few tents here and there but at least they're out of the rain.
We need more mental institutions co's they're all nuts.
Fish and chip shop up the road,ready cooked and battered,so why do fishermen fish?

I don't think you can speak to a fisherman can you? I thought that was a no-no in the world of angling in case you frighten the fish.
