It may be mild but it's a mild taste of nothing. Forget Dutch cheeses, they're hopeless. English, French and Italian are the best, and maybe Swiss, but the stuff in America that they call Swiss is tasteless as well.

Swiss is awful unless you melt it. Melt it down a bit and it tastes pretty good.

My curdled milk of choice will always be mozarella though, with edam being a close second. I find stilton to be really good but my girlfriend hates the smell of it.
