Default The case of the Missing Pizza.

    Link and another Link

In Bristol on Friday 17th December 25 year old Joanna Yeates went out for a drink after work, shopped at Waitrose and then at Tesco at around 8pm - where she bought a pizza. After leaving Tesco she phone a friend and has not been seen or heard from since.

Her boyfriend, Greg Reardon, raised the alarm on late on Sunday night after he returned home from visiting family in Sheffield and found their flat empty and the cat hungry. Joanna's bag, keys, coat, mobile phone and receipt for the pizza where all found in the flat, the pizza however is missing. Her boyfriend Greg was visiting family in Sheffield at around the same time as she was buying the pizza and his brother has provided an alibi for him.

    What do you think happened?

How strange that if she made it home from Tesco to drop off her keys, purse, phone and coat that she along with the pizza is missing. If she had been attacked on the way home, how did her belongings make it back to the flat? If she had answered the door to an intruder who attacked her, what happened to the pizza? If she went home and left again with the pizza why didn't she take her keys, bag, phone or even coat?

The missing pizza has attracted just as much attention as the missing Joanna, the police have even held up a copy of the pizza with a plea to anyone that may know it's whereabouts.

I heard something on the radio and they quoted her dad as saying he thought she might have been abducted. You hear family members saying that stuff quite a lot when this sort of thing happens and I always wonder why they bother reporting what the family thinks.

Kind of reminds me of this.

She has been found dead, unfortunately.

Still no sign of the pizza though.

When they say "unconfirmed " it normally means we have not yet told the family!
RIP who ever it is they have found !
and my sympathy goes to the family !
I also hope they catch who ever did this!!

Well they'd normally need a family member to identify the body, so that sort of goes without saying.

Oh dear, poor thing. It's bad enough her dying but I hope she didn't suffer too.
