    Default Duck For Dinner.

I got my last mallard out of the freezer today, roasted and crisped it up well.
We had a half each with spring onions, cucumber, sauce, rice and peas and things.
Very nice but does not fill you up, hungry now.

I only have 2 rabbits left.

Never had it, despite trying. I will one day though.

I like a bit of duck. At Christmas we have one of those three birds stuffed together, there's usually a duck in there somewhere.
