Wanna Sell Your House?

We have had a hand written letter pushed through our letterbox asking if we wanna sell our house to a Mr. & Mrs. so and so giving their address which is not far away.

Bit unusual.

The answer is NO, the last move was bleedin horrendous.

I will, out of courtesy ring them later.
Seems genuine but ???.

How strange? But i have heard of this happening before, when someone had been approached about selling their home. (This is 3rd or 4th hand info) but they went a head and sold their home, got a great over the odds price, and had been very happy with their move. So it does work.

Showing some initiative? What's the problem ... it isn't as if they ave held a gun to your head and told you to sell the house under market value or else, have they?

I have contacted the people inquiring and they are genuine.
I have told them thanks for asking but no thanks.
I did find it unusual though.
