JAILED Abu Hamza sponged off taxpayers by pleading poverty and forcing us to pick up his huge legal aid bills.

But now, in a triumph for common sense, the hook-handed rabble rouser is to LOSE his house and see it sold to repay the public.

The Legal Services Commission battled for three years to prove Hamza was LYING when he claimed his £280,000 semi belonged to a sister.

Let's see other legal aid cheats meet the same fate.

The original cost was for legal aid while they were trying him. We could not have deported him merely for standing accused.

By playing the legal aid system it is usually long drawn out and gives them time to invent ailments and lies which they hope we will be sympathetic to, they often win on appeal as well cos some arsehole of a judge feels for them.

Why is a foreigner getting legal aid in the first place? If he can't afford to contribute to the system he shouldn't be allowed in it.
