Default Yorkshire woman wins RSPCA will challenge

So basically some woman in her late 50s has been in a legal battle concerning her parent's will. Apparently her father had left his £2 million estate to the RSPCA.

Christine Gill, 58, claimed her father forced her mother into making the will and she had been assured she would inherit the farm near Northallerton.

Dr Gill said she was happy and "about to burst into tears" after a judge ruled she should inherit the estate.
Is this a great victory for justice or has an old lady taken a load of money away from a well respected charity?

Yorkshire people have a reputation for being so mean that they would steal the saddle off a nightmare.

IMO it is right to give the inheritance to the daughter.
Maybe the daughter may feel she can donate to the RSPCA.

from reading your link it says the father bullied the mother into changing her will..

guess he must've hated his only daughter quite a bit to leave her nothing in his will...

maybe she'd sussed what a bullying conniving vicious old wanker cunt her dad was.

i'm glad she won.. i hope she donates some money to the rspca anyway or another charity of her choice.
