    Default Pick Your Own GP.

    Good.
We are pleased and I imagine othuz will be to have a choice.

Our GP is quite a few miles from where we now dwell but keeps us on due to a personal favour.
If he is found out though he will not have any say in the matter and we will have to find a GP close by.

I believe we are being investigated at the moment with a view to kicking us off so I hope I can last another year when things could change in our favour.

Patients will be able to pick a GP anywhere in the country - Times Online

Bad, what happens when you want to see the doc, but he's making a house call 30 miles away and can't get back for a few hours!
