How do you clean yours?

I take ours off, leave it in the sink whilst we are out, in very hot bleach/fairy washing up liquid water, when we come back in it is spottless.

We don't have a shower, but we have a shower head on the bath taps. I clean the bath once a week (a proper wash, not just the quick wash after using it) and that's when it gets cleaned. I fill the bath a bit with water and cleaning liquid and stick the shower head in there for a while.

I took mine off and cleaned it with an old toothbrush and then let it soak in some bleachy water for a few hours. It's sparkly now and I think it's running faster too.

What's that disease you can get that sounds like you're in the army? It effects your breathing and your lungs? I think you can get that from dirty shower heads too.

I cleaned mine yesterday. I left it soaking in the bleachy water overnight and then let the water run for awhile. It is spotless now. I usually clean it often but I realized that it was no where often enough. I don't want to get obsessed about it; however, I think I might be cleaning it every few days now...
