This is a terrible crime IMO.
To be falsely claimed is horrible and can cause untold damage to the innocent and their families.

I would like to see prosecutions, punishment, compensation, stiff long sentences to those who are convicted of maliciously lying to get a conviction of rape.

I would also want the photograph of the woman accuser plastered all over the media.

The issue isn't whether or not false allegations of rape should be looked at but whether malicious allegations that are groundless should be looked at regardless of what the accusation or the gender of the accuser may be.
