Another senseless killing and a waste of life it seems.
I am glad my kids are older now and do not frequent clubs and late night pubs so we do not have the worry some parents must have with them being out late at night.
Some poor parents are crying their eyes out right now.
Taking all knives off the street is IMPOSSIBLE, people can always get hold of domestic ones and screwdrivers.
The answer I do not know.

A 15-year-old boy has been stabbed to death, police said.

The teenager was found with stab wounds to the chest in Whitwell Road, east London, around 11pm on Saturday night, the Metropolitan Police said.

He was taken to the Royal London hospital where he was pronounced dead just before midnight. Next of kin have been informed.

Officers discovered the injured teenager after seeing a large group of youths in the street.

As the police approached, the group fled the scene.

The 15-year-old was then found with several stab wounds to his chest.

Police are unsure exactly how he came to be injured, and said they were keeping an "open mind" about what happened.

The stabbing is being investigated by the Met's Homicide and Serious Crime Command unit.

I am afraid i disagree i think anyone should be safe to roam the streets. Its the criminals who should be locked up and in some cases put out of their misery.Why should the innocent fear the corrupt? they should fear us and the law.

I agree with Mr M*. As a parent, you shouldn't be allowing a 15 year old to wander the streets with a "gang".

If you think "anyone" should be allowed to roam the streets, you're including the people who stabbed him.

i am a mother too and i wouldn't let my son wander the streets at 15 either, however, i did and i was usually drunk at the time. but why should his whereabouts and age be an issue? at the end of the day the person in the wrong was the murderer not the boy.

I wasn't apportioning blame, but the fact remains that it's kids wandering the streets late at night that get stabbed. Just saying I should be able to let my kids run wild doesn't change the fact that if you do they may well get into trouble. And it was also alluding to the fact that it's kids from families which allow that sort of behaviour that get into trouble.

No one in their right mind lets their children stay out that late roaming the streets.

No 15 year old should be outside at that time.
And if they are, they should be mindful of where they are.
Fearing the law at 11pm and totally wasted... Not gonna happen.
