I received an earlier email from this elderly lady running GWB down, but I told her that I thought she had voted for him, to which she replied:

"I never said I liked him. I didn't vote for him and I'm a Republican to boot. The man and his cronies are dangerous. The war in Iran was a lie he told to Congress so that he could get in there to avenge " Daddy". It is amazing though how many people still don't recognize how bad he really is.

He has completely ruptured our Constitution. He has imposed laws which are unconstitutional and we are seriously in danger of losing our civil liberties forever. Our country is in greater danger from his ilk than from the terrorists.

Right now though, the Republicans are losing ground but as usual not over the right scandal. We are in the midst of a cover up of a sex scandal. And the Republicans are on the run, maybe.

Figures the US would get more upset over a sex scandal than the loss of civil liberties.

I don't know which side is more crazy. The Muslim terrorists or our right wing fundamentalist Christians. Both scare the hell out of me."

Sadly she evidently doesn't know which country her own is fighting for at the moment!

That's funny 'cos I heard yesterday that even the Americans were claiming UK asylum. OK it was in the Sun but still...
