Well he's gone home for two weeks, and I can honestly say, I've not felt this chilled out in ages!
Was talking to him yesterday and managed to keep the conversation on a "mates" level which is good.

Well he's back at work, and is just acting the same as he was before going home... I've tried to keep my distance, but now I just get him coming up to me saying "Where have you been hiding?" or "Are you avoiding me?"

Ha! You don't want to know. It all ended in tears. Worst time of my life. I should have walked away at the earliest signs of trouble. This isn't to say that the same will happen to you as your circs may be (and probably are) different from mine. Mine was very "complicated" (euphemism for "there were other people involved").

All I can say is that in your situation I reckon he fancies you like mad but or just really likes your company but doesn't want a relationship as such. Sorry, not very helpful.
