I'm female, so can't really help. What the male fm's have already said is probably more likely because they're gonna know how men think better then me.

To me it sounds like he really does see you as just a friend though (I don't think men are like us - they say what they mean, don't they?

whereas we hint, say the opposite, just adapt the rules whenever we feel like it, or completely change them when we feel like men are getting close to understanding us).

Like Mr M said, he could be talking to you like that purely because he feels comfortable with you as a mate - nothing more.

He could however just want a quickie and he's testing the water to see if you're up for it.

(stressing he only sees you as a mate so you don't get the wrong idea if anything like that does happen). Either way, it doesn't sound like he's looking for a relationship.

Here's one that should be easy to do. It's called The manicure

You will need some nail filings from your recipient (rather than dominant) hand and a cup or mug of freshly made tea or coffee.

You also have to consider the "When Harry Met Sally" theory. Men don't really have female friends, if he doesn't want to have sex with you he's either a closet homosexual or has managed to de-humanise you or de-feminise you at any rate.

Nail clippings in a cup of coffee isn't quite as bad as the one I know. I heard that wearing a piece of bacon in your shoe for the day then cooking and feeding it to someone has the desired effect. I haven't tried it though.

You see, that's what I thought, but I thought he might be covering himself, i.e. making out that if she thought he was coming onto her he could just say it's "because I see you as a mate", whilst still secretly really wanting to rug her. Or maybe that's just the sort of stupid thing I'd do.

He just talks to them like normal, acts 100% normal around them, you wouldn't guess he fancied them.
