Guitar Hero III Legend Of Rock (xbox 360 review)

Guitar Hero III Legends Of Rock is a game based on playing a gutiar to hit the notes that are coming towards you (like dance dance but better)

Heres a picture of the notes u have to play;


Ill show u how to play wth the guitar now;


(How to actually play a note)
To play the notes u have to strum while holding the correct coloured fret to the correct coulour button thing on the screen when it gets to the bottom of the screen.

(Long Notes)
For long notes u have to strum once, u have to keep hold of the coloured fret until the end of the bar

(Whammy Bar)
You dont hace to use this but in long notes u can get more points by spinning or pulling up and down on the whammy bar it also changes the sound of the guitar

(Start Button)
Well.....
when you press it you have the options to;
Resume
Restart
Pick New Song or
Quit

(Multiplyer)
The Multiplyer is the thing in the bottom left hand corener this doubles,triples or quadrouples your notes that you hit there are some lights to the left of the meter wich show how far you are to the next multiplyer amount also when u miss a note it goes down to 0

(Rock Meter)
This is a meter which goes from red to yeloow to green
to keep this on green you have to keep hitting notes if u miss a load of notes or strum when your not asposed to it goes down
When it reaches the bottom you lose

(Difficulties)
Easy: well it is quite easy its just the first three frets at a normal speed
Medium:Thats four frets so its annoying using your pinky or if u move your three fingers you can get lost track on which note your on thats why they have a bump on the yellow fret(third one along) a bit faster than easy
Hard:This is all the frets at a rapid speed
Expert:You have to be inhuman to do this its all the frets on a speed youll miss all the notes you have to go on practice and choose slow expert songs to get good at them and thats still hard

i hold the colour on my guitar if the colour keeps on coming and just strum

(Characters)
You can buy new characters like

(Star Power)
some of the notes are shaped like stars if u hit the secuonced star notes u get star power when u get your star power bar half full or full u can tilt the guitar or just headbang while hpld the guitar to activate star power where all the notes turn blue unless u have a different gutiar [;'>see-Guitars'.] and it doubles whatevers on your multiplyer

(Guitars)
You can buy different guitars to make you look good or you can buy finisher guitars so when you activate star power you make your notes change coulor or to the american flag ect or something happens to your guitar like fire pews out of it
You also unlock guitars for doing career on different difficulties and buy buyin characters

(Battles)
These are where u play solo parts of a song
you vs computer
or
player vs player

Your objective is to make them fail by the end of the song by using thoses battle note power up things as it says below

Instead of star notes its batlle notes you have to hit them to get a power up like
Cut string: You cut there string so they cant play it for a while
Whammy: They have to use there whammy bar to be able to play again
Difficulty up: What it said
Double notes: Intead of single notes its double notes

(Encore)
After 3 songs on a stage you ever get a chnce to do an encore or battle

2nd lvl Battle(Tom Morello)Then encore(bulls on parade)
3rd lvl Encore(Paint it Black)
