hello guys,I started reading it last night, weird but interesting book, babbles on a bit to start with and i havent read that far into it.
Has anyone else read this book? was it good and did you learn anything from it?

The book is basically about making money through real estate - passive income in the words of the author.

I haven't read it, but I know people who have and they think it's valuable. It's largely about investing your money, but in today's American market it may not be a good time for that.
