Default Photographer Being Sued By The Church of England

Photographer Andy Craddock from Cornwall is being sued by the Diocese of Truro who allege he trespassed on the St Michael Penkivel Church to shoot fine art nudes.

I've had a look at Andy's site and it's great, I think the Diocese of Truro are being a bunch of slapped arses. How can you trespass on an open church? It's a load of bollocks! I can't see their case going anywhere, it's a crock of shit.

Here's a link to the gallery at the centre of the controversy: Fine Art Nude in Church Gallery featuing various UK Glamour Models Nude and Nearly Nude in Church

Andy's kindly allowed us to post a few pictures from his site.

I recollect reading the article on BBC News ... it does seem ridiculous to invoke blasphemy laws.

Are there blasphemy laws? I assumed that was the excuse they were giving for trying to nail him for trespassing.

As far as I am aware they have not been repealed yet.

Doesn't look like fin art to me.

More like someone wanting to get press, like that artist that did this:

For me that had no real worth until someone threw red paint all over it.

Maybe an angry bishop should start throwing holy water on the subjects of the photos, that would be better in my eyes.
