Actually they haven't been working very well, the number of smokers in Brazil is rising. But that's probably due to Brazil producing tobacco and it's so cheap there.
It's funny though, their government is trying to stop Brazilians from supposedly dying in these horrible ways, but they don't think twice about exporting the tobacco abroad and letting us die of a stroke ripping our heads open, or babies ending up in ashtrays.
